VACATION!!!!!

Jim and I just booked our vacation.... I can't wait. 8 days, 7 nights in Disney...so excited.

Weird Dreams

I've been having these odd dreams lately. I wonder if my subconcious is trying to tell me something...There's really nothing out of the ordinary about them, but at the same time they're just strange...I don't know how else to explain them.

It's almost like I never go to sleep...It's like even though my body stops, my mind never stops working or thinking...That probably makes absolutely no sense...

Maybe if I can find the words, I'll post a description of one of the dreams....

Wishing I'd kept my mouth shut

I'm so wishing that I'd kept my mouth shut today. It gained nothing but made work uncomfortable and has made me the black sheep...I'm half tempted to text B and tell her to just forget about everything I said today but it wouldn't take back everything that's happened already...guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens tomorrow.

I'll write more after I get out of work tomorrow....

Sorry For The Delay

Well these last two days have officially sucked. That's about all I have to say...I can't officially say why they have sucked, but they have. I feel like my world is spinning out of control and I can't find the brakes. I wonder when I hit the accelerator. Why can't I go back to when life was quiet and simple...before all the confusion set into my mind...

I've been writing more; Trying to focus my excess energies (or disappointments) into updating my stories. It eases but doesn't "fix"; if that's even possible. There are days I wish I could just float away....

Guess I should blabber anymore...

DO NOT USE FIRST NIAGARA BANK

Time for me to get on my soapbox for a minute or two....if you live in Western New York and you need a bank or a new bank -- Don't use First Niagara!!! They have this absolutely ridiculous policy that anything that overdraws your account, whether it's actually going to clear your account or not - they just charge you any old fee they feel like that day - and their policies keep changing! On like a daily basis!!! They just overall suck. Email me if you want more information.

Sunday - what a crappy rainy, grey cloudy day. I actually had to start a fire to get the house warmer than 60 degrees today. Wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't raining (as I said earlier), and the wind wasn't blowing. The sun keeps trying to peek out - but it doesn't last long.

I feel like I haven't been able to do anything all day long. I mean mom and I went to Batavia and shopped a little, but I didn't get anything. I was going to get a kit to dye my hair back to blonde again, but I think I'll wait a little while longer to see if we have a little extra money in the budget and have Annie do it professionally. I prefer to have my blonde highlights in place of my reddish-coppery ones. The red ones will still come out, but they'll make me look like a strawberry blonde instead of a brassy redhead.

I started my new job this week and I think I'm going to like it. I've got a couple different people who already want to move me into other departments, but I don't know what's going to happen; we still have about a month before the store actually opens, who knows what's going to happen in that time. I've made a couple of friends, and I'm working with (right now) a few people that I've worked with before. It's cool. I'm really not liking days right now - but I don't know what I would do if I was going to work 2nd or 3rd - well 3rd is my only other option - I refuse to work 2-10 or 11 whatever it is. I just hate getting up at 5:45 in the morning, I hate the fact that I'm not a morning person. I would rather work 10-7am, that's just me. Hopefully, once the store opens I'll have the option to change. I just can't imagine me staying on days. I'm not a traditional person - I realize this now. :)

Ok - I guess I've rambled long enough. Time for me to get up and earn my sleep for tonight...lol.

Oh - if anyone reads this (ha! I should only be so lucky) Kinney's Kar Kare is refusing to cover the cost of having a qualified mechanic look at the car, but the mechanic who did the work is paying it out of his own pocket!!! Why won't Ned (the owner) own up to the mistake his company made? Because we wouldn't drive the 3 hours back to his shop to let him look at it. Great huh? Yeah - there will be a call made to AAA to lodge a complaint (If anyone wonders who AAA is, it's a roadside assistanc service for my area) and to the NYS Thruway Authority. He wants to be tough? He wants to play? Let's play bitch. You f*cked over the wrong people.

Car mechanics suck... If you are ever in NY and are near Oneida -- DO NOT GO TO KINNEY'S KAR KARE. They will rip you off and you will have to have your car repaired by a qualified mechanic - something that they are apparently not.

Don't you just love it when as already bad day turns into a horrible day? Grrr...

Just venting...

I start my new job tomorrow, ought to be interesting.
